New Century Consulting is a veteran owned small business focusing on providing Project/Program Management and general Management Consulting services to our clients. Our employees have been providing Project/Program Management and Management Consulting services to Federal and local governments as well as both small and large businesses for over 20 years.
We believe that a disciplined approach to managing projects and programs will provide our clients with the highest success rates and control the costs associated with their projects. We also believe that the large suite of industry standard project and program management controls must be tailored to provide the needed controls without overburdening the project or program itself. Tailoring provides the client with the necessary oversight while limiting the administrative burden on the Project/Program Manager so they can focus on managing quality, efficiency, and schedules.
